The Why...

 Hey there readers!  This is my first actual blog, even though I have been thinking about it for a long time.  I will ALWAYS give my honest opinion on something and be as transparent about myself too (we know how hard that can be.)

I decided to begin blogging because I have unfortunately gone through a life change that quite frankly, no one wants to go through!  Almost 10 months ago I lost my 22 year old daughter Montanna.  She was our first born.  Montanna was born with a rare disease called Battens Disease.  We knew for many years that her life would be shortened, but it sure doesn't prepare you!  My blogging will not only be about loss, but also about navigating through life after it or anything else life throws our way.  The IT in my page title says it all.  IT can be so many things for us here on earth and I am here to talk it out, write it out and sometimes shout it out!  Hopefully I can share what my experiences have been and give you a little nugget of one persons perspective.  

Today, being my first time sharing I will leave you with a quote that I saw that sits with me so well moving forward

You are made for more...made for more than "I'm fine." We can be fierce hearted women and it is your time to move forward and shine.

In a world where you can be anything...Be Kind
